Mountain Vineyards

In the low mountains of Navarre, a region marked by a steep topography and limited cultivation space, several long-standing Garnacha vineyards were abandoned. Among the reasons for their abandonment were the difficulty of access and low production, which was unsustainable for local farmers. Thus, "Unsi" was born: a winemaking project that aims to recover old mountain Garnacha vineyards to produce quality wines with a unique and unrepeatable character.
