A small winery located in the historic center of Olite, the wine capital of Navarre. This is a personal project of young winemaker Gonzalo Celayeta to restore mountain Garnacha vineyards. Guided tours are available daily.

The brushland of Navarre, which is characterised by its steep terrains and very little room for growing crops, saw numerous Grenache vineyards abandoned because they were very difficult to access and because of their poor production, which made them unsustainable for local farmers.This led to the creation of “Unsi”: a winemaking project which aimed to recover these old mountain Grenache vineyards to produce totally unique, premium quality wine

Some years ago, the oenologist Gonzalo Celayeta Escudero, in his quest to rescue these old abandoned vineyards, began to lead a project to recover and champion the Grenache grape variety with the aim of producing totally unique, premium quality wines. This led to the creation of Unsi, a winemaking project using recovered Grenache grapevines grown in areas of brushland, which was launched with two exclusive wines: the red “Terrazas” and the white wine “Terrazas Blanco”. Both come from the best selection of local terraced vineyards.
