Our 100% Iberian Breed Acorn-fed Iberian Ham preserves the usual smell and flavor thanks to a controlled 24/36 month curing period that gives the meat a fine and juicy texture.

Coming from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in Salamanca pastures, and fed with 100% natural products, their curing in the shade of our Salamanca pastures provide unique quality and exclusivity.
